FALMEC CARBON.ZEO combined filter CARBON.ZEO MICROTHEC KACL.1039 (ex KACL.961) (Black - Carbon.Zeo Microtech)

Description

Falmec further improves its Carbon.Zeo filter technology with a new application called "Microtech". Unlike the KACL.961 filter composed of mineral granules (carbon and zeolite), the new KACL.1039 filter solution is composed of microspheres of the same minerals integrated into a porous reticular structure in polyurethane which guarantees better filtration performance and easier maintenance and regeneration.

Greater filtering efficiency
The microspheres, distributed in the porous reticular structure, allow for an increase in the filtering surface and, consequently, the capacity to reduce odours.

Greater suction capacity
The reticular structure of the filter also allows for a reduction in pressure drops, allowing a more fluid passage of air and a consequent better performance in suction.

Long-lasting efficiency
Thanks to the ease of regeneration, the polyurethane material used guarantees constant performance over time without deterioration, for a minimum of 3 years considering an intensive use.

Humidity resistance
Polyurethane is particularly effective and resistant in conditions of high humidity.



Regeneration
Microtech technology allows a simple and effective regeneration of the filter capable of maintaining its high filtering efficiency over time.



1. Washing
The filter must be washed in the dishwasher with a quick wash cycle (60 min) at 60°, without detergents.



2. Drying
It must then be dried in a static oven at max 50° for 60 minutes. Regeneration is recommended every 4 months (or after 100 hours of use) for a maximum of 9 cycles, for a total useful life of 900 hours, or 3 years, considering intensive use of the hood.
